Instead of trying to explain how an armed man was able to get on the roof of a building located about 150 meters from the podium and fire at least seven shots that killed a spectator and injured the former president and two others, Kimberly Cheatle frustrated lawmakers by refusing to answer even the simplest questions nine days after the attack.
